Details on the processing of applicant data

2. Data Protection Officer
We have appointed a data protection officer. This is the person to whom you can contact in all matters relating to the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights in connection with data processing. 3. Purposes of processing and legal basis of processing
We process your personal data to carry out the ongoing application process. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is: – a legal obligation – insofar as this results from the provisions of the Labour Code,

4. Duration of storage of personal data
We store your personal data until the completion of your application for the position for which you are applying or until you revoke your consent to data processing, but no longer than 90 days from the date of your application.
5. Recipient of the data
We will share your personal data with our service providers whom we commission to provide services related to the processing of personal data, e. g. IT service providers, providers of recruitment systems. These companies process the data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.
6. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data
You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
a. the right to revoke consent to data processing,
b. the right to access your personal data,
c. the right to request the correction of your personal data,
d. the right to request the erasure of your personal data,
e. the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data
f. the right to transfer your personal data, i. e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable computer format. You may transfer this data to another data controller or ask us to transfer your data to another data controller. However, we will only do so if it is technically possible. You only have the right to portability of your personal data with respect to data that we process on the basis of a contract with you or on the basis of your consent.

Right to revoke consent
If your data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke it at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to the revocation. Right to lodge a complaint with an authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data, i. e. the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

The obligation to provide personal data is a legal requirement insofar as it is stipulated in the Labour Code. Otherwise, the provision of your data is voluntary and depends on you.
