Realizując obowiązek, o którym mowa art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 oraz art. 14 ust. 1 i 2 Ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 roku (dalej: RODO), działając jako administrator danych osobowych, w niniejszej informacji przekazujemy wymagane ww. przepisami szczegóły dotyczące przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych.

Administrator danych osobowych
Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych jest MIELE GLOBAL SERVICES sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Poznaniu przy ul. Pastelowej 6 (60-198 Poznań) – dalej jako: Administrator.
Punkt kontaktowy – przetwarzanie danych osobowych w procesach rekrutacyjnych
Administrator powołał wewnętrznego inspektora ochrony danych osobowych. W sprawach związanych z przetwarzaniem Twoich danych osobowych, a w tym także w kwestiach realizacji rozbudowanego katalogu praw podmiotów danych, możesz kontaktować się z inspektorem poprzez skrzynkę mailową, tj.: iod.mgs@miele.pl
Źródła pochodzenia danych
W określonych przypadkach Twoje dane osobowe mogły do nas trafić z innego źródła, tj. niebezpośrednio od Ciebie. Wówczas dane osobowe pozyskujemy od zewnętrznych agencji rekrutacyjnych, które pomagają Administratorowi w realizacji procesów rekrutacyjnych. W przypadku tzw. poleceń pracowniczych, źródłem przedstawiającym nam Twoje dane osobowe do porównania, może być inny pracownik Administratora. Poinformujemy Cię odrębnie o takiej sytuacji.
Cele przetwarzania danych osobowych oraz podstawy prawne przetwarzania
Twoje dane osobowe będziemy przetwarzać w następujących celach i zgodnie z poniższymi podstawami prawnymi:
- przeprowadzenie procesu rekrutacyjnego – podstawy prawne przetwarzania: zgoda osoby której dane dotyczą w zakresie przetwarzania danych przekazanych Administratorowi dobrowolnie – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO, niezbędność przetwarzania do podjęcia działań na żądanie osoby, której dane dotyczą przez zawarciem ew. innej umowy cywilnoprawnej kształtującej stosunek prawny – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO oraz wypełnienie obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na administratorze danych - art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO w zw. z art. 221 1 Kodeksu pracy,
- przeprowadzenie przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych – podstawy prawne przetwarzania: zgoda osoby której dane dotyczą – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO, a w przypadku faktycznego rozpoczęcia kolejnego procesu rekrutacyjnego także: wypełnienie obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na administratorze danych - art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO w zw. z art. 221 1 Kodeksu pracy, jak i niezbędność przetwarzania do podjęcia działań na żądanie osoby, której dane dotyczą przez zawarciem ew. innej umowy cywilnoprawnej kształtującej stosunek prawny – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b,
- ochrona przed możliwymi przyszłymi roszczeniami – podstawa prawna przetwarzania: prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora danych osobowych – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.
Kategorie danych osobowych
Jeżeli Twoje dane osobowe nie trafiają do nas bezpośrednio od Ciebie, jako Administrator Twoich danych osobowych, będziemy przetwarzali katalog danych osobowych określony w art. art. 221 § 1 Kodeksu. Jednak jeżeli zdecydowałeś się nam przekazać szerszy katalog danych, to informujemy, że przetwarzamy go na podstawie udzielonej przez Ciebie zgody i dane te nie maja wpływu na wynik procesu rekrutacji.
W przypadku tzw. poleceń pracowniczych katalog przetwarzanych danych ogranicza się do imienia i nazwiska.
Odbiorcy danych
Administrator działa w ramach grupy spółek Miele. W związku z tym, że realizujemy część procesów biznesowych wspólnie, Twoje dane osobowe mogą trafić do spółek z grupy Miele (głównie w związku z potrzebą zapewnienia obsługi informatycznej).
Ponadto, Twoje dane osobowe przetwarzane w związku z przyszłym zatrudnieniem mogą być przekazane innym odbiorcom m.in., takim jak podmioty przetwarzające, tj.:
- podmiot obsługujący nasze procesy rekrutacji (także poprzez dostawę platformy interaktywnej) oraz podmioty dostarczające i obsługujące nasze systemy oraz infrastrukturę informatyczną.
Przekazywanie danych do państw trzecich
Twoje dane osobowe przetwarzane w związku z realizacją procesu rekrutacji mogą być przekazywane do państw trzecich, tj. poza EOG (nie planujemy przekazania Twoich danych osobowych do organizacji międzynarodowych). Taki transfer ma miejsce w związku z ww. działaniem i współpracą Administratora ze spółkami z grupy Miele, jak i użyciem narzędzi informatycznych.
Transfer danych osobowych odbywa się na podstawie umów regulujących wzajemną współpracę spółek z grupy Miele. Odpowiedni poziom bezpieczeństwa Twoich danych osobowych zapewniony jest poprzez zastosowanie standardowych klauzul umownych, które stanowią załączniki do ww. umów.
Okresy przechowywania danych osobowych
Twoje dane osobowe będą przechowywane:
- gdy proces rekrutacyjny zakończył się odrzuceniem Twojej kandydatury, a nie wyraziłeś zgody na udział w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych, przez okres 60 dni od dnia jej odrzucenia,
- gdy proces rekrutacyjny zakończył się odrzuceniem Twojej kandydatury, a wyraziłeś zgodę na udział w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych, przez okres 180 dni od dnia wprowadzenia Twoich danych do bazy kandydatów,
- gdy wycofasz zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych z momentem rozpatrzenia Twojego zgłoszenia, nie później jednak niż przez okres 180 dni,
- gdy rekrutacja zakończyła się pomyślnie część danych zawartych w dokumentach rekrutacyjnych może być włączona do akt osobowych, a wówczas okres przetwarzania wydłuży się o czas realizacji stosunku pracy i okres ustalony odrębnymi przepisami w zakresie w jakim kształtuje on proces przechowania akt osobowych pracownika.
Prawa pracownika związane z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych
Masz następujące prawa w związku z przetwarzaniem Twoich danych osobowych:
- dostępu do swoich danych osobowych,
- sprostowania danych osobowych,
- usunięcia danych osobowych,
- ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych,
- prawo do przenoszenia danych,
- prawo do sprzeciwu,
- prawo wniesienia skargi do Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych

Sugerujemy byś realizował rozbudowany katalog praw przysługujący Twojej osobie poprzez skrzynkę kontaktową, o której mowa w części dotyczącej Punktu kontaktowego.
Pamiętaj, że niektórych z tych praw nie będziesz mógł zrealizować w stosunku do danych osobowych przetwarzanych przez administratora w celu realizacji jego obowiązków określonych w przepisach prawa. Więcej informacji na ten temat będziesz mógł uzyskać poprzez wskazaną wcześniej skrzynkę kontaktową
Masz także prawo do wycofania swojej zgody, w dowolnym momencie, bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
Podanie danych
Jeżeli podajesz nam swoje dane bezpośrednio poprzez platformę, to informujemy, że podanie danych osobowych niezbędnych do udziału w procesie rekrutacyjnym (tj. tych danych osobowych, o których mowa w art. 221 § 1 Kodeksu pracy). Odmowa podania powyższego zakresu danych będzie skutkować pominięciem Twojej kandydatury.
Podanie pozostałych danych osobowych, niewskazanych w treści art. 221 § 1 Kodeksu pracy, jest dobrowolne i nie ma wpływu na proces rekrutacji.
Jeżeli chcesz brać udział w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych, to Twoje dane przetwarzamy w ramach bazy kandydatów na podstawie Twojej zgody, której wyrażenie jest dobrowolne.
Informacja o zautomatyzowanym podejmowaniu decyzji
Informujemy, że nie stosujemy wobec kandydatów procesu zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji, a w tym także profilowania.

Information concerning the processing of job candidates' personal data

In fulfilling the obligation referred to in Article 13(1) and (2) and 14(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), acting as a personal data controller, in this print we provide information required by the above mentioned regulations concerning the processing of your personal data.

Personal data controller
Your personal data controller is MIELE GLOBAL SERVICES sp. z o.o with its registered office in Poznań at Pastelowa 6 (60-198 Poznań).
Personal data protection officer or contact point
MIELE GLOBAL SERVICES sp. z o.o has appointed an internal Data Protection Officer. In matters related to the processing of your personal data, and also in matters related to the implementation of an extensive catalogue of data subjects' rights, you can contact the officer via e-mail, i.e.: iod.mgs@miele.pl
Source of origin
In some cases we will process your personal data which have not been obtained from you. Then the source of origin of your personal data is a recruitment agencies, which helps the Data controller in recruitment process. In the case of the employee referral programme, a source presenting your personal data to us for comparison may be another employee of the Data controller .. We will inform you separately about such a situation.
Purposes of the processing of personal data and legal grounds for the processing
We will process your personal data for the following purposes and in accordance with the legal grounds set out below:
- the recruitment process - legal grounds for the processing: consent of the data subject - Article 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR, action taken at the request of the party before the conclusion of the civil law contract - Article 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR and fulfilment of the legal obligation imposed on the controller - Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR in connection with, among others, Article 221 (1) of the Labour Code,
- carrying out future recruitment processes - legal grounds for processing: consent of the data subject - Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and in case of actual commencement of the next recruitment process also: action taken at the request of the party before the conclusion of the civil law contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and fulfilment of the legal obligation imposed on the controller - Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in connection with, among others, Article 221 (1) of the Labour Code.
Personal data categories
If your personal data does not obtain from you directly, then as the data controller we will the catalogue of your personal data in accordance with Article 221 (1) of the Labour Code. However, if you have decided to provide us with a broader catalog of data, we would like to inform you that we process it on the basis of your consent and these data do not affect the final results of the recruitment process. In the case of the employee referral programme, the catalog of processed data is limited to the name and surname.
Recipients of data
The Data Controller operates within the Miele group of companies. As we execute some of our business processes together, your personal data may be transferred to companies in the Miele Group. In addition, your personal data processed in connection with your future employment may be transferred to other recipients, such as, but not limited to, processors, i.e.:
- an entity supporting our recruitment processes (also through the delivery of an interactive platform), or entities providing and operating our systems and IT infrastructure,
Transfers of data to third countries
Your personal data processed in connection with the recruitment process may be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the EEA (we do not plan to transfer your personal data to international organisations).This transfer is made in connection with the above action and the cooperation of the Data Controller with the companies of the Miele Group. This transfer maybe also connected with IT tools used by us.
The transfer of personal data takes place on the basis of agreements regulating the mutual cooperation of companies from the Miele Group. An adequate level of security of your personal data is ensured by the use of standard contractual clauses, which are annexed to the above mentioned contracts.
Retention period for personal data
Your personal data will be stored:
- when the recruitment process resulted in rejection of your application and you did not agree to participate in future recruitment processes, for a period of 60 days from the date of rejection,
- when the recruitment process resulted in the rejection of your application, and you agreed to participate in future recruitment processes, for a period of 180 days from the date of entering your data in the database of candidates,
- if you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at the moment of examining your application, but not later than by the internal expiry of the period of limitation of claims (180 days),
- when the recruitment process has been successfully completed, a part of the data contained in the recruitment documents may be included in the personal files, and the processing period will be extended by the time of employment relationship completion and the period determined by separate provisions to the extent that it shapes the process of storing the employee's personal files.
Employee rights with regard to the processing of personal data
You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification of your personal data,
- deletion of your personal data,
- limitation of processing of personal data,
- right to transfer data,
- right to object,
- right to lodge a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data

We suggest that you implement an extensive catalogue of your rights through the contact box: iod.mgs@miele.pl
Remember that you will not be able to exercise some of these rights in relation to personal data processed by the controller in order to fulfil its obligations under the law. You will be able to obtain more information on this subject through the contact box referred above.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing that has been carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Provision of data
If you will provide personal data necessary to participate in the recruitment process directly via our platform,(i.e. those referred to in Article 221(1) of the Labour Code) we inform that this providing is mandatory if you want your application to be taken considered. If you refuse to provide this information, your application will be rejected.
Providing other personal data, not indicated in art. 221 § 1 of the Labour Code is voluntary and does not affect the recruitment process.
If you want to participate in future recruitment processes, we process your data on the basis of your consent, the expression of which is voluntary.
Information on automated decision making
Please note that we do not apply the automated decision-making process, including profiling, to candidates.
