Information about personal data processing during the selection process

By sending your CV, cover letter, or other attachments, you acknowledge that TESCO STORES SR, a. s., with registered office at Cesta na Senec 2, 821 04 Bratislava-Ružinov, ID number: 31321828 (hereinafter referred to as "TESCO STORES SR, a. s.") as the data controller will process the personal data provided by you for the purpose of the selection process for the concerned job position. The processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of the selection process and the eventual conclusion of an employment contract in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter b) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). TESCO STORES SR, a. s. will store the personal data for the duration of the selection process; if an employment relationship is not concluded, your personal data will be deleted immediately after the end of the selection process in which you were unsuccessful. If an employment contract is concluded, the personal data will be included in your personal file and will be archived and discarded after the termination of the employment relationship, in accordance with applicable law.

As a data subject, you are entitled: to require access to the personal data that is being processed; to require the correction of incorrect or out-of-date data or the supplementing of missing data; to require the deletion of the processed personal data in cases stipulated by legal regulations; to require the data controller to transfer the processed personal data to another data controller; to lodge your complaint or motion with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
